    Point One customer service issues...?!?

    Anyone tried contacting them lately? I've been calling them for the past 3 weeks with ZERO response. No one picks up the phone, no one returns voice mails, no one responds to emails... WTF? Kinda loosing hope with this brand, quickly. Anyone else experience this?
