    Will strep throat go away if I dont go to the doctor?

    I been sick for like a week now and just today I noticed a ton of white spots in the back of my throat and it hurts real bad. BUT i gotta race this weekend and all that so Im wondering if this'll go away on its own if I give it a little time or do I have to see a doc? Thanks.
