I can do stoppies and wheelies but i cant figure out how to balance in place with a stoppie or wheelie and bounce back and forth from end to end. I'd also like to know how to go backwards then spin around really quick. And do from stoppie spin to wheelie spin and land.

I am finally starting to build up my Norco Trials bike - its a Ryan Leech signature edition. I have a lot of the bits I need,but am kinda stuck trying to decide on the Bottom Bracket and Cranks.
My dilemma is around choosing between a Hope external type or an internal splined type...
Hey guys, just wondering about the brakes on trials bikes. I see so many setups with a disk in front and U breaks or V breaks in the back. Why is that? I thought disk break were the best, why not all around?
