mmmn Coffee. Old dog woke me up at 0 dark thirty with that let me out or I crap in the house noise. Once done i came back to a wife that started tossing and turning, so much for deep sleep. I wonder what joy 9 hours on the short bus is going to bring? Fvck Mondays

I have to go elbows deep into Toronto for this bike shop. Maybe I can sneak out and do it at lunch, but even then it'll probably be a 1.5 hour drive.
Got assigned a new office space. They merged two open floors to one, so on top of the open space BS, now we're also squished like sardines here. Today is laden with traps land mines so the chances I'll terminate my job accidentally are quite good.

How old is he? I just picked up the Barnett Vortex Junior compound bow for my kiddo who is 11. You can tailor the pull weight and length a ton, and makes for a great starter kit. Highly recommend.
that’s the one i was looking at. he’s 8. the adjustability seemed good and if he doesn’t stay with it, it’s not crazy expensive. pretty sure someone’s gonna get their eye shot out tho.

It's a rainy morning out there...perfect weather to encapsulate a Monday. I'm jamming out to the near-perfect 1992 release of Los Lobos' "Kiko" Coffee is going down too well....at this caffeine ingestion rate, I expect god's eye vision by around 10:30.
Mellow weekend - my son scored twice in his basketball game on Saturday. Let's consider this a miracle and hope for more.

My dog is very worried and retreats to the house whenever we get the target out....I picked up a Tru-Nok D-loop and a wrist release along with switching out the stock arrow rest with a Whisker Biscuit. That helped a ton. The adjustability of this bow is great - kids don't need to to be pulling back tons of weight at that age where they may injure themselves. If you make it so they can shoot 20-30 times without getting worn-out, you've done your job on the setup.

Slow day at work today. I'm going to start getting my plans for a climbing wall in the garage into place. I need to do my whole garage plan at the same time, as that will determine just how much space I will have to put into the climbing area.
I'm thinking left side will be minimal storage with Wifey's car, straight on will be deep shelving supported from the ceiling, putting a small extension wall next to the steps into the house to add more wall space for climbing, 1/3 of the back wall and 1/3 of the right wall for climbing, then a fold-down bench, and the rest down the right side for my tool storage. Bikes will need to get stored above the climbing and cars when not climbing. Thankfully I have most of the wood, but it's going to be one hell of a project.

I am not a fan of the 200 (it will not be released until 2019) (plus they laid off 1300 factory workers who built the 200 series), and my biggest gripe with Chrysler is their bad fuel economy in their midsize and compact cars (which IMO is one of the big points of the midsize to compact range)
And I have never seen the 300 as a car for a younger person.

Do I go back to Zoom Care and bitch than not only did the "specialist" not do anything special, but they also told me they USED to Dremel the eyeball but it "wasn't needed anymore" yet it did and it was what the eye doc did to correct the situation?
Granted, I used employer provided HSA funds to correct the situation, but those funds might have been helpful elsewhere.

I had a rental 200 a year or so ago, what a sh!!tbox. I think the initial 300 fanfare has long faded since the cars it used to look like have moved to distinguish themselves as NOT being a Chrysler. Part of my list of things to get. I have a 10% off coupon for Home Depot and a bunch of gift cards than family gave me for XMas. I need to get my organization for the garage sorted out, wood needs, fastener needs, etc then I'm going to make a single gigantic purchase to get my 10% off.
After 11years my wife and I finally got to hit the slopes again this weekend. Just a warm-up run at our local hill in North NJ. We blame it on the kids which is part of the reason we hadn't gone in so many years but man it was awesome!!!!

also, you'll need to make some sort of guide for drilling the holes for the t-nuts, you want them aligned right or the holds won't stay still; they'll spin if the hardware isn't perpendicular to the surface.

I wouldn't go back to Zoom to bitch–what are they going to do, anyway? Choice of technique likely reflects the time at which the doc in question trained more than anything else. As long as the technique was effective and you're getting better I don't see a big problem there.
I have other docs' practices on my mind today, actually, as I'm earning $$$ for being an expert witness for a plaintiff who thinks their original imaging was not interpreted correctly.

Hung with the lady and her girls this weekend and after teaching yesterday i needed mucho beers so some of my homies took over Very Nice Brewing and put our stink on Ned.
