16 days to Shoulder surgery, so I’m gonna be at the gym or on my bike. Went for an e-fat bike ride tonight (1500 vert), which would have been kinda awful and stupid on a meat powered fat bike, but was a MOTHER FUCKING BLAST on the e-fat. Nothing like drifting UP steep corners and switchbacks, giggling like little girls.

They did not. Also in Denmark you have to have a very detailed inspection performed on the house to legally sell the house. The buyer can than buy an insurance against this to cover any issues not mentioned in the report. The insurance company also inspects the house to make sure the other report is correct. This was done a long time ago to make home buying easier for all parties.

Buying and selling real estate is much much easier in Denmark. Remember I sold our place in Brooklyn where we had to sign a crazy amount of papers and all kinds of other issues. Even signing is very easy. You just sign digitally more or less once and its done. There is an official state run digital signature we use for everything.

Just another winter storm on the coast, seems the bomb cyclone was not friendly to the I5 corridor. The cascade ski resorts arent complaining tho. So fucking glad I dont own a snow shovel any longer
