drove down to ct. kids let energy out in the hotel pool. 8yo got kicked in the nose and started spewing blood everywhere. good times. iced that chit, ordered pizza, got beers (for me). long pull back to charlotte tomorrow.

@dan-o ... do you own a p226? Looking at one this weekend, something if there is any flaws I should look for.

I do, a legion 9mm.
They really have no issues, just a workhouse.
I’ve never had a malfunction even when it’s filthy.
Crazy accurate, easy to breakdown/clean.

There’s a lot of models out there but even the base 226 is great. Easily upgraded too.

Metal Sigs are heavy, especially compared to a glock. They do soak up recoil though. That’s the only ‘flaw’ I can think of.

It’s also big if you’re going to carry iconcealed, but doable.
The 229 is better for that purpose, being slightly smaller, and what I typically grab.
