You score it right after moving it into a baking pot. As it rises during baking, it will crack along the cut lines.Still working on timing with when to score it. Any tips, @SkaredShtles @StiHacka ?
Got the sourness I wanted, though. We baked four tonight and gave three away, my wife knows hot to make friends.
