Still working on timing with when to score it. Any tips, @SkaredShtles @StiHacka ?
Got the sourness I wanted, though. We baked four tonight and gave three away, my wife knows hot to make friends.

You score it right after moving it into a baking pot. As it rises during baking, it will crack along the cut lines.
Not sure what I am looking at ^^^ but it does not look right?

Here's a recent mix of wheat and rye flour.

You should not "flour it on top". You dust the proofing basket with flour so the dough won't not stick to the cloth, some of the flour will stick to the dough hence the "flour on top" appearance.
