Back hurts from shoveling a lot of snow. Got to help push the Amazon truck out of the snow today.

Parents are leaving tomorrow morning. My dad is a bit buzzed and telling stories about my younger days, mostly about when I would take him mountain biking in Aliso Woods/Laguna Canyon. Haley doesn't believe it and Wifey is hearing about stupidity she's never heard about to date. This has been quite amusing.

holy hell, the torture machine is kicking my ass tonight. all the weights seem heavier. I bet that the new cables that got installed fit the pulley grooves tighter (no plastic sheath wear) which is adding more resistance to the system.
