Slept late. Had a headache that would not go away. Drinking a lot of coffee and then going to the gym in a little while.

Ordered some 35c road tires for the commuter bike. Hopefully they will be sturdy enough at least that is what they promise and more fun than the heavy gravel tires that is on the bike now. They are okay when up and running but not fun getting them up to speed. Nice to finally have a bike that is nice enough to spend time upgrading. I also think I have a better cassette at home as I have no need for the wide range of gearing as Copenhagen is flat. The best part of the bike is still the dyno hub and Supernova front light. Not having to charge and take off the light plus having a much better light on the bike is just brilliant.

Lil Man has another bball tournament, so I will likely watch at least one of those this weekend. I might even mow the back yard since it's been dry for a bit.

It's been a good day so far. I had a good 45 minute weight lifting session followed by a 40 minute treadmill run this morning, then made waffles. I'm finishing up another dog adoption volunteer shift now. The pup I was handling got adopted. 1 year old boxer mix, and such a cute boy.

My old mig machine out of storage shit the bed so I had to buy a new MIG welder and picked up an ESAB, was 599 on sale, but I was hesitant to buy a 110v machine but I was pretty impressed with the inverter tech in that thing. I've never seen a budget machine that has inductance settings on top of voltage, amperage, and wire speed.
