Pretty low risk melanoma. Doc decided to pass on cutting lymph notes out of my armpits and groin once I told him about my broken neck trauma and my body not being quite as resilient as it once was. He figured the exploratory benefits weren't worth the risk. I'll probably survive long enough to regret something else.

My mother was a registered nurse who at one phase in her career attended to people with cancer. Every time "exploratory" surgery was performed, they would go down the tubes rapidly.

My hypothesis is that every surgery increases the risk of metastasis. For removing known bad stuff I believe that the risk is acceptable. For exploration, it isn't.

I have a few fatty tumors that I've wanted cut out for years. Neither my old nor current doctor wanted to do it citing ..

More than once after a few drinks I'd considered DIY.

Spinal cord specialist doc says it is a good idea to avoid extra surgery. It is possible the surgery will trigger dysreflexia (cord injury related side effect) which is something that could cause me to have a stoke and/or die.

Gimpin' ain't easy.

The krokodile should alleviate that.

That's why you titrate with cocaine to keep your blood pressure sufficiently high

Well it appears I've missed everyone getting cancer ... So, get well soon mmmmmkay?

Missing the old boss, she taught me new things and I ran the show. New boss took all my work! ...job search has ensued, keeping a smile on my face and doing whatever work I get while I'm here. At least I don't have the ridemonkey cancer!
