Working from home today. Sore shoulder from yesterdays crash. Just happy I did not break a collarbone this time. Slid on some rocks and fell into some other rocks. Trails have amazing grip but then you come up to rocks with slippery wet tires.

First day back at work. And had to physically come to work.

Straight into an all day "meeting". FML.

But it's ride night, so who cares.

Need to winterize the water system in the camper van today before the freezy/snowy weather this weekend.

Also need my knee to not hurt as I'd like to bicycle ride :/

Morning Monkeys.

Hump day in the office. The rain is here in a big way. The 10 day forecast is 60%-80% rain, good times. I need to get the bamboo planted, so that will likely be my Saturday unless I stop on the way home Friday. My week of vacation for Thanksgiving can't come soon enough.

Thermostat and coolant on order to fix truck. At least the thermostat is stuck open so it doesn't overheat? JUST WORK DAMMIT.

Time to accept my fate, I'll be turning wrenches a bunch over the next few months.

Is it plugged in? Did you try turning it off and back on again?
in my new office space, there's one meeting room where the screens weren't working. I usually let the younger people figure out the IT stuff, I can't be arsed, and it seems to make them feel better about themselves. after a bunch of faffing over a few weeks it was concluded that the screens just didn't work. I checked that everything was plugged in properly, turned it off and on again, and just like that, it was working properly. for the record, I'm not a boomer... solidly gen x!

anyways... as we return to the office, I've realized I'm ok pooping in the public toilet, but would rather put product in my hair in private in the accessible washroom. funny how that is.

that looks good :thumb:
Thanks. The bottom is wire mesh with bamboo barrier over it, then I drilled 3/16 holes in the front 3 rows of mesh for drainage. It should drain well enough and I'm planting clumping bamboo, so it "should" stay in the boxes.
