AFternoon. Subbed for Summer School (HS ELA today) this morning. Why do I keep saying yes to this...yeah, I like money and have a kid starting college, that's why. Kids were good today and we managed to get work done. Cast party for SpongeBob and next I get to take Alex to gymnastics. Oh, and it's raining...good times.

I’m doing the stuff.

I put piccolo strings on my short scale bass, yesterday. It’s a bit of an adventure. I like the lighter tension and higher octave voicing with the familiar bass hand positions. It was a pretty good $25 experiment but I might need a proper bass tech setup to get the action and intonation dialed in, and that will be more than $25, particularly if I get a new nut installed for the skinny strings.

No. She's too old for cadet at the end of the season. We're selling her kart then buying a new, full-sized kart and converting her motor to a Jr Rotax from MiniMax. Then strapping 40# of lead onto it. But she'll be getting a slightly less powerful KA100 Jr motor for the summer season too.

I sprayed some plants with fungicide today as well, while someone hovered a drone over my backyard.

There should be a rule where if someone hovers a camera over my yard for more than a minute, it's fair game with a bb gun.

Have you seen the weed spraying ones?
They recognise different plants and only hit the ones you specify........within reason.

Some of the best mechanics I know got A&Ps this way. It's certainly the more circuitous route to take, but it can be done with proper documentation, and it's cheaper.
