DSO was just entertaining herself with a small lizard in our living room. Not sure if the lizard is going to have survived the encounter. Certainly won't be happy about my just putting it outside into temps in the 30 freedums.

My 2025 increased, but not horrifically so. I see that happening in 2026 after repubs have repealed anything that looks like useful levels of affordable healthcare and the companies all triple their prices.
Same, surprisingly. Out of pocket max doubled, but company introduced an HRA to cover excess beyond what we paid as a max out of pocket this year.

I fully expect that means the HRA contribution will be reduced in the subsequent years as a way to increase employee out of pocket max while claiming the max out of pocket hasn't changed.

HSA? (What is an HRA?)

I’ve been messing with a newly discovered voice access tool on my work windows machine. I keep forgetting to turn off the mic when I get on calls and I keep finding snippets of conversations pasted into excel docs.
We also use AMF frequently but the computer translates it to “hey MF” which could have hilarious consequences.

Someone accidentally abbreviated the product on one of our projects "MFASS"
