My new job (three years now) is better in pretty much every way compared to my last job, except my vacation time. I went from having seven weeks off to three weeks off. I can live with that, but it means I have to pick and choose my trips instead of being able to take them all. Still, having almost no work stress is a worthy trade off.
triple espresso works for me. Went through a bunch of hoops with work last night but finally got permission to take 3 days off so that I could accept the contract to be the EMT at the Califorfornia Dressage Society and USDF Region 7 Championships at the end of September. In 5 days at CDS I will take home as much $$ as I do from 2 weeks on my regular job 
. Another brick in the wall Wednesday.ROLF. Contractor on my team told me he's taking this September off to go back to his home country. Cool, good for him. Then he asked if he should tell our boss or if I will relay the message. All you my friend, I'm not going to be the messenger for that one.

1.5 mile most direct route involving crossing some streets. About 2 miles flat via the better, less direct route. It’s about 2 blocks north of Raising Cane’s from yesterday’s jaunt to pick it up, at the bottom right of my track.
Weird usage for a situation where it could lead to misunderstanding, but the prime symbol can be used for minutes - both angular and temporal.

Had a fun conversation with my boss last night about the company's excitement to add CFP to my title for the RFPs, but hasn't paid fuck all for it or adjusted my comp. When I asked what my benefit to that trade is, he didn't have an answer. So he's talking to management today, but in the interim it's being pulled off for one of the most important local RFPs we've had in nearly a decade where I'm a key selling point. The sales team is already making it pretty clear that they aren't happy about it, so we shall see.

Got the air bag kit for the truck and it actually does look like a 2 hour install, so that's awesome. The engineering is genius, it just replaced the rear bumper stop with the air bag bracket and the air bag has an internal bump stop. I just need to grind the bottom rivets out of the bump stop bracket. I thought I would have to drill holes in the frame, but this kit is slick.

Well that makes better sense. I mean how much studying to become a fluffer is necessary anyway? Probably a more hands on type of learning situation.
