Just trying to settle on a counter offer to the offer we got on the house yesterday. Need to make sure the ex-wife agrees. It really hit me emotionally yesterday as it all got a lot more real now that the house could potentially sell. I have put so much into the renovation of the house and love how it came out and the garden a favorite place to spend time.
We've been putting our new dog in a crate in our bedroom every night for sleep, but last night we decided to let her sleep outside the crate in a dog bed and she did great. The dog is very smart (German shorthaired pointer) and figured out pretty quickly that she can't sleep in our bed with us. In other news, I've got a colonoscopy Wednesday, which means I fast tomorrow, which means today's goal is to eat 25 pounds of food.

Our process has been super slow. The buyer did not want to raise the offer. Not sure what to do at the moment but it's almost easier to just wait and see if they change their mind. Agent of course just want to sell at any price.

I don’t know what the going rates are but $30 seems like a reasonable price to have someone look at your butthole. Getting someone to look inside for that price is a bargain.
Tello offers it here in the US for $5 a month. There’s a few other options that came up on a google search. I’m not familiar with any of them.
Scheduled an exam for a certification on Friday. Kind of nervous, I haven't taken a test of any sort in years and would rather not fail. Also did the training back in May, so boneheaded scheduling on my part.

Epic fail trying to pull the driver's seat out. The 3/8 to 1/4 adapter sheered off, then my switch on my 3/8 ratchet fell off. My "good" ratchet was in Frita, so that was enough. I got the nuts off the front, it was trying to get the bolts out the back out when everything fell apart. I finger tightened the front nuts, but my seat still reclines under acceleration, so there is that.

I've got no cell signals where I live so was relying on wifi calling with data plan. I chucked the $60/month data plan and took a voice+text prepaid at $15 and a land line (ok boomer) at $15.
