Early visit to the garden center. Grabbed some hanging baskets of flowers and some hanging strawberry baskets. Hopefully the rodents are less adventurous getting those.

Also reupped on cucumber seedlings, as a rabbit ate the ones i had planted.

also got two more san marzano plants, because why not.

ALSO got 4 pepper plants.

Now I just need to fit them everywhere.

But first a ride.

Neighbor was mowing his yard before 6am. WTF is that shit?

Got in a good ride, now it's time to load up the dogs and kiddo for a picnic by the river.
8am should be the cutoff point. Heck, that might even be pushing it.

Hello fellow time travelers, welcome back to yesterday's future but today. sorta, kinda

Got the kicker mounted yesterday, need to source some appropriate fuel connectors since bum fuck red neck town had nothing to offer. (not complaining)

It leaves 4" to the sand and will still drop all the way down to the cavitation plate. That is one very tall transom, more than a sail boat actually. pumped out all the old gas, only came to 7ish gallons, thought for sure it would have been full. fuel filters, air filters, and lube have been completed.

Maslow CNC arrived yesterday, going to prep the garage for the unit.

40 miles on the roadster this morning. Slow but felt great. Then I got a migraine. Plentyofdrugs.com later, I feel sufficient to take the kids to the pool.

I drove to Fort Collins and back. Carbon smugness factor 100 achieved

I should mow the lawn now. Can work on my tan in the back yard but will spare the neighbors of that sight in the front yard

Did a mtb segment of a relay race today. All was good but we lost an old timer to a heart attack during the kayak segment. Damn it! It was his 40th consecutive year participating. RIP John.

In a van.... down by the river
@SkaredShtles

Variety of pastry from La patisserie, a quiche and other assorted raclettet on our tour of Monet's crib, capped off with another duck confit, basque cake, and a cognac. Tres bien!

Dont poke the bear, he is busy eating processed food and calling it cuisine
All I've had today is oatmeal with figs. I should probably eat some more...

Garden is in after many hours of futzing. 14 tomatoes, a couple zukes, a couple yellow squash and a row of haricots vertes. :D

DAMMIT @rideit - had you pegged for better than a washed up jam band follower...c'mon out back this way so we can hit some rocky dirt and clear your brain...
See, that’s the thing. I couldn’t really stand to listen to this crap for about 20 years. But holy shit, aside from Bobby being ancient, what Mayer is doing musically is goddamn incredible, if you can listen to it without pre-formed bias.
And can only really be enjoyed live.
it’s just nuts.

I had you pegged as a swifty, maybe even nostalgic Brittany.

I don’t actually put ANY jam band music on at home or in my car, basically ever. It’s fully compartmentalized.
For me it’s almost always Jason Isbell or some other electric Americana.

Sucks. But better to go out doing something you love, rather than fade away with an illness.

45 mi gravel race today. Got the XC bike set up a little better for it with short shocks on both ends, gravel tire, the Fox Flexy32, etc. Went well, good temps and racing.
