today I WFH 7-5. logged requisite 20 min (curtailed by need to work) snuggles with snuggly middle kid. tapped-by-car-on-bike Baby Aya is fine, just says her hand scrape still hurts a bit and her neck's a bit sore.

I had to run 18 miles today so I went ahead and ran a half marathon to cover the bulk of that. Jogged my way to a 1:34:09 finish and surprisingly was the top "grandmaster", which is 50 and over. Tacked on the extra miles before and after to hit my 18 miles. I've got a 100 mile ride tomorrow and I think I did pretty good in saving my legs for it.

Woot, I rode, my cardio needs a lot of work. 20 miles for the first ride in months is not too bad

HRM says I spent 110 minutes in cardio and peak zones and 26 in the fat burn zone (stop lights and downhill)
