About to sit down for day 1 of 10.5hrs of test prep class. Today will be largely estate planning, which is hands down the most difficult of topics. See you chaps this evening.

hello my fellow bro-tatos

today I WFH 7-5. logged requisite 20 min (curtailed by need to work) snuggles with snuggly middle kid. tapped-by-car-on-bike Baby Aya is fine, just says her hand scrape still hurts a bit and her neck's a bit sore.

I had to run 18 miles today so I went ahead and ran a half marathon to cover the bulk of that. Jogged my way to a 1:34:09 finish and surprisingly was the top "grandmaster", which is 50 and over. Tacked on the extra miles before and after to hit my 18 miles. I've got a 100 mile ride tomorrow and I think I did pretty good in saving my legs for it.

One part fascist rally, one part theater, if you are lucky one part sports. But the acting is pretty good.

Shouldn't the medal say "Run Like Babs"?

I hope you snuggle with Aya, and each you tube videos of that insufferable bike rights guy from Minneapolis for grins.

Lunch time. Brain already hurts and I have 5hrs left. Gift and estate taxation make my brain hurt and we're just getting started. :banghead:

It's a capital offense to use the Murkin "D-E-F-E-N-S-E" chant at a proper football game.
Wait, the storm is coming in from the East? WTF?
Correct. Sunnyish as I sit here looking towards the mountains, black clouds behind me coming from the Denver side.

I really don’t wish broken/bruised ribs on anyone, they suck.
But I bet it’s karma for running someone off a trail sometime in 40 years.
Hard to get mad at a tweener out biking, she was having a good time.

Just completed the mtb portion of a relay race. Our team took the crown. Now for iced coffee.

We named our team for one of our friends who has been fighting brain cancer. He passed last night after 12 months of war. RIP Jeff you'll be missed.
