helped kiddo finish up putting up some xmas lights outside.
wish i knew how to get teh shoulder to automagically fix itself faster...want to ride the bike next week when it gets warm again. current status:

the good doctor is correct. probably grade 3, possibly 4. don't think i need surgery; have a follow up appt with a specialist on weds.
Makes me feel a little better about my quick disconnect arm. When it tries to fall off I have always been able to put it back in place and go on about my business with little drama.

Made a delicious prime rib, smashed taters and gravy and sautéed green beans followed by cookies, fudge, cheese cake with homemade strawberry topping and Christmas crack. twas a delicious day.
Watching Christmas movies and stacking firewood as it's too damn cold outside. Heading to NYC to see a show and hang with the kids for a couple of days tomorrow morning.

It probably did and then went right back in! In French they call those the Piano Key. I have one on each side.

if "it" was the upper half of my body and the "send" was catching a frontside edge and slamming it into icy hardpack at speed...then sure! still not super comfortable snowboarding yet...that was the beginning of my 5th day ever doing it. 3 last year and 2 this year.
