Somewhere there is a picture of my cousin, brother and me with a face like that, when we broke open an etch-a-sketch.
Never as good you mean.
I'll trade ya all the snow for the rain. Good deal ehOh look, moar cold rain, yay. French Press all the humphs.
Google that scenario and see if anything pops up. Phishing is getting more sophisticated.Hmmm. Got a letter from a bank I've never had an account at, delivered to my mom's house.
If I understand the letter correctly, it says a cheque was issued for $xxxx on May 23 2019, but it has never been cashed.
Not sure how that's possible, as I've never dealt with this bank before. Have also never recieved any other mail from them.
Maybe they sent a cheque to me?
I guess I have to go to that bank in person and find out what kind of tomfoolery is going on. Hopefully it's not a trap.
Yeah I immediately assumed it was an elaborate scam, but it's telling me to just go to the bank.Google that scenario and see if anything pops up. Phishing is getting more sophisticated.
check for unmarked RCMP vehicles before enteringYeah I immediately assumed it was an elaborate scam, but it's telling me to just go to the bank.
So hopefully free money??

What magnitude?Morning monkeys, there was an earthquake last night in JTown

Yeah - that'll get worse.Went fat biking at one of the trail systems near here. I don't even know what the precip was that fell on us for two hours, wasn't graupel, wasn't sleet. But it is raining now while 28F, so that's nice.

Damn it. Tractor no go vroom vroom. Appears to be a resistance issue in the electrical system and not making hot enough spark. Poopity poop poop. At least it won’t start in the shed.
Was. Replaced the points and condenser with a little electronic ignition. Hence the issue. Low voltage due to some corrosion is causing my spark issue I’m hoping. So emory clothing all connections. Big Waukesha inline 6 in my Oliver 1850.Old school coil and distributor?
Spark? Gasoline engine tractor?Damn it. Tractor no go vroom vroom. Appears to be a resistance issue in the electrical system and not making hot enough spark. Poopity poop poop. At least it won’t start in the shed.
Check resistance on the primary coil. If the the ignition was turned on for a while without the engine running and the points are closed, current continuously runs through the coil causing to overheat. This can cause coils to short, reducing inductance and weak spark, or increasing resistance lowering current causing weak spark. You can also test the coil without the distributor by connecting a single plug directly to it and manually apply/disconnect 12v. This can get very "exciting" if you become part of the circuit. Just thinking out loud, ya probably know more than me.Was. Replaced the points and condenser with a little electronic ignition. Hence the issue. My first and last was a John Deere Model B, magneto, grab the flywheel and rotate it to start, being careful not to get fingers between flywheel and casing. It'd happily start at -30° F.Was. I dropped my glasses in toilet. Fortunately it was only filled with number one (though, it is a toilet, so presumably remnants of two, visible or not).
