Sounds like my friend had a rough go of it in the CTR yesterday, only made about half the distance if her original goal. She’s staying positive I hear, sending some good vibes out her way.

In typical fashion we came back to find the LP detector in the camper barking and one of the propane bottles had emptied itself. Looks like I now get to track down a leak or something before we move on outta the area.

Cant get into my work computer... so easy day for me for now. Had my morning burrito. Coffee time!
It is all about location. Living on the north side and working even farther north provides a reverse commute. With little need and desire to go downtown I rarely see really bad traffic. I will complain about people driving 10 mph slower than the speed limit for no fucking reason.
I suspect being in West Seattle, traffic is a shitshow any time in any direction.

Just figured out that despite being off her intended pace my friend is still pacing slightly ahead of the women's course record, which is SUPER rad.
This apparently took forever to post. 30min call for an "initial conversation", which we'll be expanding on next week when I get back from vacation. Position sounds good. It's a more in depth extension of what I do, without dealing with the low balance shit. The issues I have with my current position I hit on right away and he was just dumbfounded that those would even be issues. Entire conversation was about my current role, the company, and available positions - specifically which would be of my preference. I addressed that anything more I would want to discuss as we progressed forward once I decided if I wanted to move along.

Just got back from an install on several acrylic sign panels for a customer in a restored cotton mill. Heading out to good ole Fuquay-Varina to survey another upcoming job for a John Deere dealership....lots of travel time today....and it's raining. Fun.

You've given them your bitch-list, making it easier for them to craft an attractive offer. Don't fall for it and/or give away anything. Answer questions with questions, and you may get a clearer look into what they have to offer.
