Howdy y'all.

Will probably ride in imaginary world later. Have been watching the Fast & Furious films while pedaling. It had been a while, since I don't remember them much. They are pretty silly.

Free bucket day at Harbor Freight, yay! Gotta do some grocery shopping since the wife is sick. Had to go solo to the neighbors holiday party, it wasn't terrible. I met a few folks from around the hood and saw the usual Elk's. It's different now that I'm a member, kinda weird actually.

Lake appears to be semi frozen. I did hear a snowmobile out on it last night, I wonder how that worked out?

Cat sitting this demon for the week.

I have a tower of HF buckets in the corner of the shop, I know they will get used soon hopefully

I saw that. I might have to go snag one. Never can have too many buckets.

Hey man! Yeah, cold as nuts here. I hit the gym early for weights and treadmill, with KICKR yet to come.

The sushi chef at the grocery store this morning was not on the varsity squad. Tastes fine but poorly constructed.

I like buckets!

Doing some last minute x-mas shopping and hanging out. Looks like I may make a Fort Collins run tomorrow. Horsetooth pedal around noon.... any FR homies want to brave the roads and ride bikes?

Went out for fancy pizza with friends last night. Needed a reservation, nice wine list, etc. We sampled a bit of everything from appetizers to desserts. I got home and promptly fell asleep on the sofa. Woke up around midnight and moved to my bed, and I’m still in it at 10:30. I can’t believe this place has been walking distance from my house for 20 years and this was my first visit.

Pretty lazy day, put the bike in the car and heard weird bird noises, seems the neighbours' cat was stalking a nice little native water bird. So I threw a rock in the cat's general direction, chased t the cat then went for a ride mumbling bad things about cats. There's only one adult bird(Buff Banded Rail) left now, the chicks disappeared not long after hatching and and the mate disappeared about the same time, would be snakes, cats or DV I guess......?

I need to make cat voodoo dolls of the three roaming cats in our street, it sucks to have everyone put so much effort in to making an area native wildlife friendly then a few fuckwitts just let their cats roam and wipe out half the birds and loads of small snakes. They ripped apart most of the Crested Pigeons, went from about twelve of them down to three. If they ate what they kill I'd have less of an issue but most of the time they just sport kill.

Indoor cats good, outdoor cats bad, rabble rabble rabble.

Just stepped out onto the street for a quick look around and spotted a woman carrying her cat in a backpack that looked like it was purpose made. Would this be an example of a good cat or a bad cat ?

Talked to a thru hiker back in May who said he hiked the PCT, 2650 miles with his cat riding on top of his pack.

Haha, good cat I guess.
A crazy woman I talk to built a cat run outside for her cat, so I guess there can be good outside cats, plus there's maybe 20% of 'em that just could not be fucked chasing anything, so I guess they are good too.

I saw a guy on the bike path with a dog in a backpack that was looking over his shoulder, naturally the dog was wearing sunglasses.
E-Bikers seem to like towing dogs in trailers, maybe the dogs are quad amputees and can't walk, who knows.....?

Sorta unrelated but I got my sister, dad and brother in law gift vouchers for indoor E-go-karts for Christmas, it's the gift that keeps giving coz I get to go too. I haven't tried the new track, they go up and down a ramp in the track now, with my heft the down part will be awesome!
