sounds like he bought more lake than house. i'm guessing it was an older structure that's grandfathered to the shoreline?
It's not old, just built to Boston standards.
I had an anemia check up yesterday and it hasn't gotten any better after six months of iron and B-12 supplements. It hasn't gotten any worse either. So, we'll do nothing and just check in again in six more months. Doc just wants to make sure it doesn't get worse, and as long as it doesn't, I just have to live with it.
