Does anyone have the full tech manual for an 02 Monster?

I know the marzocchi site has the generic 02 fork manual listed under the link for the 02 monster, so I'd assume they don't offer the full tech manual anymore. In the 888 blow-up thread there's a good blow-up diagram of an 02, does anyone have any more tech stuff like that?

Is an 00 Monster the same as an 02?
