Is there any way to get a 2003 Dirt Jumper down to 80mm?????

Yeah, you'll probably have to get some 80mm main springs for something like a '99 Z.2 or some such, put those in and add some spacers to the negative spring stack - if the fork's set up for 4" you'll need 1" of spacers in the neg. stack to make it 3", etc etc. The SSV forks like the DJ series are pretty easy to reduce. Not so with the HSCV ones.....
