Ive been trying to figure out the spring preload on my 04 888 for a little while. I know you can adjust it internally. But I cant figure out how to move the cap holding the spring down to show the c clamp that holds the cap and adjust the spring preload. I was wondering if anyone knew any special tricks to get the cap down.
