Hey,

A couple of people wanted to see pics so here it is. Mine is a medium frame. You need to file about 3mm of the inside of each hose guide on the down tube and the res will fit inside nicely. The hose is the wrong size due to a mix up with craig (kind of my fault) regarding the hose length but it still fits ok. The hose should go straight from the shock to the res, not twisted like it is now. If you get it done get the 4 inch hose, i think it would just fit but i can't be 100% sure, mine is the 7inch hose.

Cheers

Get an active linkage bike there is only so much a band aid shock can do for your simple single pivot.

Not really flaming here guys he's my house mate.

LOL

Anyway to others reading this post Craig/Avy doesnt offer hoses in custom lengths. Just so this post isnt purely a joke.

Get a modern design VPP-style bike, there's only so much left in the FSR horse to flog ;)

nice...thanks for the pic. That looks pretty clean.

Any pics from the other side of the bike?
I will post one tomorrow for you Acadian.

It is clean, im suprised that push doesn't mount their remote res there as well. It would fit better as well, wouldn't need to do any filling to make it fit seeing its smaller that the avy res.

Actually I think the way Push recommends mounting their shock on the DHR is pretty clean, solid and easy to do. Plus it keep the weight low on the bike.

Also the way they hook the bikes on the chairlifts at North Star, ifs safer to keep the reservoir tucked under the shock.
