erm, someone needs to do some graphics compression and optomization over there. I can't get the site to load properly, and the video won't even start up on my 8mb cable connection...

A couple of hundred k to load the front page is unacceptable (particularly when the server is using a walker and pounding geritol).

I am on fiber optics over here, and I got about 1/3 of the video, so far it looks great-but I am over waiting for it to finish.

all o' the pages are either 4 or 8k,
so i have no clue why it's draggin so hard...
the vid itself is a lil chunky --almost 30 megs -- so a lil
lagtime on that's understandable....
i'll check w/ the server, 'cuz never had any issues like this before.

No offense, but nope, they are not. On the front page..1 image alone is 28.16 KB (28832 bytes). The entire page is well over 100k - pushing 250k.

Grnated you aren't targetting dialup users, but still, that is excessive for a front page.

Doing some proper compression and optomization on this alone would help bring down the traffic, bandwidth costs and super long delays.

but they're referencing bigger image files i guess...
it's a trip tho --
i put the site up months ago, and i've never had any lagging issues

worked for me finally...pretty cool video...same style over and over but cool camera angles none the less. And the attempts at filming chicks butts was poor-you will need to goto a supercross if you want hot chicks in your movie-not the otter. Nice job allout.
