Yo, just got my 08 Fox 40's, would just like some info on settings for them and how people generally run them? i weigh around 170lbs kitted and like a relatively slow, soft fork. will the stock spring be ok? also, running saint brakes, anyone know the adapter needed and size of the rotor, heard they take a 220?

    cheers for your time

203mm rotor with a 6" adapter is what you need.

Probably will be running a medium spring which is the stock TI spring and yes, just a 6 inch adaptor to run the 8 inch, you cant run 7 inch rotors on 40s at least till BCD comes out with his adaptor
