I recently bought a park MTB-3 multi tool and the 2.5mm allen wrench was a little messed up so it wouldn't fit in the bolts heads.

I emailed them and they said they would replace it...so I was waiting for a small replacement allen key to come in the mail...but they sent a whole new tool! Pretty sweet
