Radiator decided to break and leak all over the place on the combine last night. Good thing anti-freeze isn't sticky and corn has zero dust. . .
Had it out in 40 min and the new one should be waiting at the parts counter this morning. Shocked only $1,200.

Up at 4 to make some saw dust. Coffee meow

I've had to stop taking my acid reflux meds the past two days because of reasons, and it sucks. :dead: I can start taking them again tomorrow.

I was back to running this morning after taking two days off from the marathon and covid shot. 6 easy miles. The run was expectedly tiring, but nothing hurt, so that's good.

Le work. Damn.

Neck is only half kinked out this morning, which is wonderful. :brows:

Don't know if I posted this already, perhaps poopdecking, but my car insurance is going up again. Ugh wtf. It went up a significant amount last year.

Fuck them man. I've never filed a claim with them and only have a single speeding ticket in the life of driving. My insurance cost should go down (yeah yeah I get that's not how they make money etc etc).

I've been through 3 ssri's in the last 18 months. Which is coincidentally the timeframe under which my job went to complete shit.
I didn't try any SSRI's but got put on to Mirtazipine a few years back. It was supposed to be to help me sleep but I got given a full anti dep amount rather than the Min dosage.
It rocked my fucking world, was absolutely zonked, made me insanely depressed and messed with my balance and spatial awareness for the three weeks I was on it.

The day I stopped taking it I was back at 100% and my sleep came good for a while just because I was so happy to be off the stuff.

I still occasionally have Seroquel when my sleep goes to shit, it's been the only useful drug for me.

i've done enough root cause analysis in my career that there's no question about my situation. that, and the fact that i don't share all the details here.

Drinkin coffee. I want to ride/steam but need to clarify with the in-law what time he wants to head to the shooting range. Punching paper with lead sounds kinda fun too.

hi ppls

wasn't on the road, as it were, as early as Shane, but still dark and cold this morning. shall have to add an extra layer for legs in future weeks, at least on the days like today where I actually must be here ~7 instead of lolling around at home until 10 and rolling in.

coffee goes in the pot, not in the body?

I would like “to stay” in bed. I got a new wool blanket yesterday. It’s seems pretty toasty. I needed a replacement for my electric blanket that died, and this could do the trick.

Morning Monkeys.

Was supposed to be WFH day, but I get to learn how to set up the hypervisor in the lab. I will then forget how to do it because I won't touch it until next summer or something. So that should be fun.

I too was awoken by the cat at 4:30. It seems her new stairs are working out well.

Called Spectrum and said - AT&T is fiber and cheaper, but I’ve been a customer for a long time, so what can we do to keep me from switching? They told me to do what I had to do. So I switched to AT&T. Called to cancel Spectrum and got an avalanche of offers and questions. Been gone a week and got another call asking me to come back.

AT&T said if you set up autopay we cut $10 off your bill. Today they charged my card for the full amount. Time to manage that.
