Tinker Juarez is coming to The 12 Hours of Humboldt. June 28, 2003, 8am to 8pm under the giant redwoods of the Arcata Community Forest in beautiful Humboldt, CA. The seven mile course climbs about 1000' per lap and is a mix of well-groomed fireroads and singletrack.
The main venue is in adjacent Redwood Park with team pits on the lawn. What's really cool is that it's all right in town! Your team wants pizza? Call & have some delivered! Family doesn't want to hang out all day? Send 'em a few blocks to the Arcata Plaza for the legendary Farmer's Market, or shopping & dining, or to take in a movie.
Team Bigfoot is pledging $5 per rider to the Arcata Forest Fund, an effort to purchase a 177-acre parcel to be added to the Arcata Community Forest.
