I have a DT Swiss E 2200 rear wheel with a 135 QR hub. I don't see how it would be possible to convert this hub to a 142x12 hub but found this:

Am I wrong in assuming that this is to convert a 135x12 to a 142x12 and won't work to convert a 135 QR to a 142x12?

In this ad wouldn't a standard 135 be a 135 QR?

How can you do this without atleast changing the bearings?

A 142x12 is really just a 135x12 with an extra 3.5mm shoulder on each end of the hub. So yeah, looks like you just need the REAR-02877C from that last link.

Thanks, but just recieved this E-mail from DT Swiss:

The E2200 uses the 370 hub which is not thru-axle/bolt compatible.
