Anyone run this setup?

I currently have a 130mm Z1 FR on my Steelhead and would like to run a 150mm 66rc for a bit more squish on fast techy areas.

Just curious if anyone runs a Steelhead with 150mm fork.

I run a 125mm Talas on mine, I think 150 might be a bit much... but remember that the important number is axle to crown, that's what determines your head angle, not the travel.

I run and '06 Marzocchi with 150 mm travel on my Steelhead. It's slack as hell but to me that's fine because it virtually mimicks the head angle on my DH bike. I am so used to that geometry that I now dislike my head angle any other way, if that makes sense at all.

my buddy runs a 150mm 05 66 witha 24" rear wheel and its slack as all get out. It rides ok, but it'd be better with dual 26s. I runa 130mm fork, but have run a 170mm junior t on it and it rode pretty good. I was using it for a weekend of DH, so it wasnt for all around riding.
