Well, my wife and I have been talking with a lady (that became a friend) about this trailer, and I pulled the trigger and bought it for wifey as part of our anniversary. My question to the RM-gang is.....

How do I go about securing an owner's manual about this trailer? Yes, I've googled and such, yet to no avail. I just want to be sure I don't hook up the gas line to the water tanks and, well, you get the idea.

Maybe try e-bay for a Chilton manual.

Honestly, your best bet would be the Facebook groups, I am a part of many vintage rig groups for jeeps, motos, etc and some of the elmers in there have everything you would need for literature and advice

If it has the old propane light in it, they are worth some coin and pretty cool so don’t just rip it out. Stove and oven probably have pilot lights.

Yes to both, so the possible coinage is good to know. However, since it is/was part of our 25th anniversary gift to wifey, well........
