Currently on my 1x 11 peak out a 42 kph wanting more top end I run 11/36 with a 32 chainring....... Looking at at 1x12......10 /50 with a 36 chainring .how much do u think I will peak out at I've been told should take it 58 kph would that be correct.....

Are you pedaling so fast that your fork and tires are bobbing up and down just due to your legs? If not, you aren't really spinning out. I've never seen a mountain bike race won by having more top end and somehow single speeders are able to stay at pretty much the same speed as everyone else. These drivetrains pulled back from 44t big rings because they were just so ridiculous IMO. Yes, you could "turn it" and go marginally faster, but the situations you could actually do that in as compared to the 32t ring were pretty much steep smooth road sections and otherwise, you'd be just as well pedaling the 32t faster, in fact that's generally better for your legs and endurance anyway.
