I just picked up my first suspension bike. 2001 Giant AC. The rear Rock Shox Pro Deluxe is trashed. Anyone know what the rebuild kit cost on that shock? Is it worth the rebuild? Or just get a new shock?

I have the same bike, or frame anyway. Don't bother with rebuilding the RS pro delux. It's basically garbage when it does work.
I put a RocoRAir on my frame and it works great, but I only used it a time or two. In fact, I'll sell you the whole frame (size M) with new mounting hardward and the new Roco shock for $195 if you want it. Also has a thomson post and a cane creek zero stack headset in it. Good shape too. PM me if interested.
