anyone here use the SGF components rear susp. plates?

If so how are they, do you need to upgrade spring?

Any pics of ac's that have them?

Ya ya I've heard all that constructive critizism already....

Used a Super T last year with no problems.....no cracks on frame or ovalization of head tube.

Rose that bike hard last year and It was great....

Should be fine again this year!!:D

it's not the headtube that cracks, it's the chainstays. The big DC fork helps you attain the speeds and stresses that the rest of the bike is not designed for.

BTW, I think that bike needs a 24" rear wheel to be complete.

I think a 7" fork on an older AC is usually OK, although I don't know that you'd want to put an 8" 888 on it. But then again, I could be wrong.

 Is there some part about "I've heard it all before" that's unclear enough to cause everyone to keep harping on it?

I think the bike looks sweet, if a little slack for my tastes, but have fun on it.

Just keep inspecting it regularly and wear a helmet!

He got it at the end of 2000 so let me rephrase that. He rode it alsmost 4 seasons..... 1/2 of 00, full of 01, full of 02, full of 03, and a little of 04 so almost 4 full seasons. What a bunch of smart a$$es.:D He just sold it a few days ago.
