Those are only the Trilife sponsored ones. There are a ton of 24 hour races run by different organizations.

Actually this race date April 26/27 will be somewhere in So. Cal.
or so the email I recieved says.

Really curious as to where they will be holding this event. Just might have to do it. Caught the 24hr bug at Hurkey Creek this year. That will be sweet to have 2 somewhat local events in the same year.

I find it interesting to note that TriLife is promoting a race the same weekend as Granny Gear (April 26-27) in Southern CA.

I sent an e-mail to Stuart Doland at TriLIfe and he said that Granny Gear knew TriLife was looking to promote a race in So-Cal that weekend and chose to have theirs the same day (of course, this coudl simply be his response to save face).

It will be interesting to know where they have it but I don't think even our market can support two races of this type on the same weekend. I think that if they both in fact happen that neither one will have the turnout desirable by the promotors and the participants.

I did the Winter Park race last year. The course was one of my favorite trails ever. The course is on private land, so technically you can only ride while the race is set-up. I pretty much have to do it if I want to ride that trail again.
