Does anyone remember hearing about turning the link upside down for alternate geometry?

2003 bullit link? wuh?
the bullit is a single pivot bike, thus no links to flip. as for flipping the swingarm, it would certainly result in alternate geometry, but probably not of the sort that would allow riding or pedaling.
