I've tried google... if you know where I can find out the info i want point me in the direction

I'm running a 05 Turner DHR with a 05 Fox DHX 5.0... I'm weighing in at only 150 with my gear on.. 145 without. I've got a 450 spring on it
How much PSI should I be running with propedal and bottom out control all the way off?

turns out i should be running a 300-350 spring..
no wonder if felt weird back there.
