My roommate is getting a 2010 stab delux. It comes stock with a boxxer race. It has motion control IS. Does anybody know if it is possible to remove the speedstack in the 2010 boxxer race and to internally adjust the floodgate as it is possible in the 2005-2009? He works at a shop. Money is an issue, and he likes the way my 2008 boxxer WC feels, but if its not possible, would it be more worthwhile for him to immediately pull the fork off and sell it as new and buy a boxxer team?

not if we can't remove the speedstack and adjust the floodgate internally it wont. Hopefully we can though. I guess we'll get it and see!

To each their own I guess, I notice a pretty significant difference between setting the floodgate to minimal vs having set in a mid point, and having a speedstack vs not having a speedstack.

Oh well, I guess when he gets it we can just yank the damper out, look at it, and if we can't adjust it then sell the fugger and he can buy something else like a boxxer team or 888 rc3 evo.
