Guys!

I have a 2010 Boxxer World Cup and can't find a good adjustment.

I find it very stiff...

I'm 210-lb and have tried many different air pressures, from 70 to 100 psi.
I've also adjusted compression in different positions...

After several adjustment combinations, my suspension fork is either too stiff or bottoms-out easily.

Is there anything else I can do to make it "softer"?
Any help if appreciated!!!

Have you replaced your rebound damper, or determined if it needs to be replaced? The bad run of rebound dampers have an unbelievable ammount of stiction that you can feel by hand with the lowers off. If you're running one of the bad rebound dampers, it'll be night and day difference when you replace it.

Check for oil, then make sure your fork is not part of the rebound shaft "seal head" recall. I have found a good working 2010 Boxxer world cup to be extremely adjustable. Try using the tuning guide on SRAM's website for a start. Also, at 210lb you may want to dial down the bottom out knob on the top of the air leg (black dial, very stiff, use a 2.5 hex to turn it) then re-set your air pressure for proper sag.
Hope this helps.
