After pulling the lowers off my 2011 boxxer r2c2 in the weekend and putting in fresh grease and oil, I have noticed that turning the compression dials does not have any effect, but they were working fine before hand.

Has anyone else encountered this problem before or is there anyone else that knows how to fix if(if thats possible).

Any info would be much appreciated.

Oil height is too low

possible that some oil is leaking through the rebound circuit into the lowers as well, if that is the case, pack a little grease on the rebound damper rod to seal it a little better.

but either way, there is not enough oil.
