As far as I know? I know there we rumours about certain bikes, under certain conditions causing a weird vibration. Some frames will resonate so a small brake squeal ends up being insanely loud.
I tried cleaning the disk and facing the frame mount + changing to new metal brake pads. Still howl and vibrate as hell. I decided to flip the chip in the rear axle to higher BB position. The brake mount to the other position on the frame. Guess what, the noise is gone. I suggest you swap the shimano brake adapter for a wider hayes style one and give it a try. These shimano adapters are thin and maybe not helping. Resin seems to fix it for some though. I like the new feel of the bike in high position + you save your chainguide a lot of scars doing that.
