Agang is a gravity branch of Czech's manucturer Author.
Recently, they've shown some proper medium gravity bikes.
This year, during Eurobike show, Agang showed new, nice, DH bike - Ninja DH. I am not sure, wheter, this is a production bike or still a project under development... my Czech is poor ;)

Anyway, here's the bike

another split pivot rip off. Looks good though, and from the looks of it in the video y rides well too? From the looks of link to the shock, it looks to be progressive... what are the geo numbers on it?

the pivot is in front of and slightly above the axle - this is not a split pivot or abp rip off. if it rips off anything it's rocky mountain's smooth link design.

It seems like their current fr bike with maybe different components, maybe some new geometry (they claim -35mm bb drop on their fr model so does that mean 35mm rise? because the bb seems above the axle) anyway with such pivot placement even the 15.15kg weight complete makes it very unimpressive. Why would anyone place the main pivot so low and back on a downhill bike still makes me wonder.

Simply because Author. That brand got reputation in golden time of XC alu hardtails, but since massive spread of full susers they're still few years back. Any other mid-cost brand that sells catalogue frames has better offering than Author.
