I was wondering where I could find a guide to setting these up, I can't seem to find the PDF of the owner's manual.

Or maybe some riders on here have settings they'd recommend for fast very technical trails, not much steep stuff.

I am running them on hardtail and I'm 95kgs/210lbs.
