Agreed, but I imagine in the grand scheme of things, giant would like/needs riders consistently top 10/20... they have that in Hart for sure.

needles has consistently had better results than riffle. if giant is looking to cut costs and/or pick up a younger rider it makes sense that riffle would go. assuming needles is still around for 2012...

Riffle was 45th but didn't he have some kind of an injury? I remember him having a suprising top10 finish early 2011.
