How did it fail? My new DHX2 is being serviced under warranty right now, a failed seal most likely.

It blew a lot of oil out of the shaft. Must have been a bad seal as well.

What spring and how much you weigh?

I'm 205/210lbs loaded. Running the 525 spring, it felt pretty good, bottomed a few times, i never measured sag. I might go to the 550 spring?

I am about 180lbs nekkid, running a 425 lbs spring, the sag was about right on my Balance.
