A buddy bought a 2018 27.5 Demo and it somehow still uses a 135mm rear hub.

My question is, is the rim still offset 6mm to the disc side?

If so, follow up questions-

This will obviously affect the spoke length calculations.

When doing the center-to-flange measurements to calculate spoke length am I "moving" the disc-side flange by subtracting 6mm from the center-of- the-hub to the center-of-the-flange? This would have the affect of making the spokes more vertical on the disc side.

In turn- add 6mm to the end-of-the-hub to the center-of-the-drive side flange?

Thanks

Random hub picture from the internet. I think what you are saying is correct. Use 31.8 and 22.2 in this example.

Calculate it like that for your hub, then calculate your hub normally with no offset. Compare the spoke lenghts. If the offset drive side spokes are N mm longer, and the disc side spokes are M mm shorter, then you probably have it correct. Guessing N and M are only 1-3ish mm?
