Forgetting the fact we don't know any of the riders max hr or zones. Unless it's the same sport HR will not even be vaguely comparable.She does a lot of sports and trains with heart rate tracking so probably helps her understand the effort level put in.
My max HR running has always been over 10bpm higher than cycling. And on a bike my max HR descending mtb is higher than climbing. All pathetically low now I'm old mind.
